I've been vegan for approx 8 yrs and have never felt better. I'm interested in someone who has similar interests--I love the city and all it has to offer: museums, the parks, art galleries, Broadway, etc. I enjoy cooking and "veganizing" recipes, especially those that reflect my Italian heritage (I'm also part Polish.)
