| I Would Describe Myself As | I'm vegan, and an artist who loves to draw people, paint outdoors 'plein aire' and design educational systems. I also teach special education K-12. I love a slower pace of life and simple pleasures like cooking, being in nature (camping), all of the arts, fine wines, and reading. I work during the week and paint on the weekends. My other pastimes are riding motorcycles, bicycling, and watching movies. I feel I have a deep spiritual connection with nature that grew from my love of art and compassion for animal rights. This has molded me into a kind and gentle person but with a tenderness of heart for animals. This in turn has fostered my veganism. I believe in compassionate religion that protects animals in addition to all human rights although I'm not a church goer by habit, but worship through creating art and being vegan. I don't smoke, but do drink wine moderately with meals or as an occasion as in celebrating, entertaining, or spiritual enjoyment. I'm very open and think outside the box. I can be very creative in stand-alone situations and enjoy a challenge. In a nutshell, I love spending my time outside of work creating art, peace, simplicity and happiness. |
