I am a father of 2 amazing teenagers. (I could write an entire book here, but if you are a parent, you understand!) They are wonderful kids, and I am their biggest fan.

I am very laid back and get along well with everyone. I am open, honest and believe that true integrity can only be displayed by actions (and usually when no one is looking). I am very deliberate and tend to over-think everything (but I'm and engineer, so...) Spontaneity is not a strong point, but I am working it. I am usually quiet, but not shy. I am rarely the life of the party. I prefer a smaller, close-knit group, nice dinner, movie, or an evening at home.

I love to be outside (especially in the summer). There is nothing better than grabbing the ipod and going on a long run through the country. I run almost every day and enjoy every mile.
