Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile... I am a 45 year old single professional female who recently returned to vegetarian lifestyle this past year. I am currently lacto-ovo but becoming more strict. I choose the veggie diet for health and compassion reasons. I work in social services and am pretty active with working out and athletics.
